Rolling bearings

Auto Lubrication Systems

The right lubricant, in the right quantity, at the right time, to the right lubrication. Centralized automatic lubrication systems are an effective way to increase machine availability while reducing reliance on scarce talent. These systems provide the appropriate lubrication quantity at the correct intervals, minimizing friction and wear and optimizing bearing and machinery service life.

Bucket Repairs

Customer specifications combined with CAD-based editing were used to complete the reverse engineering phase and provided a robust design. Fabrication utilized plasma cutting via a CNC-based cutting table, hand grinding, and varied welding techniques. Exclusive Hardox wear plate, as well as Esco teeth and fittings, formed the materials of the spill guard. Certified weld inspections and dimensional validation were used to check construction of the design.
